Stage: Product-information registration
JTP announced on January 20, 2026 that its smart-diaper system had received TAIS codes on January 5. The registration covers a sensor-and-relay set and the individual sensor and relay.
The sensor attaches to a dedicated urine-absorbent pad. A relay transfers information to a web application for monitoring and analysis. TAIS is an assistive-product information system. Registration should not be described as certification of clinical effectiveness, and eligibility for installation subsidies depends on the relevant local authority’s rules.
