Fibertex Personal Care announced on December 18, 2025 that its Innowo Print operation had invested in backside inline printing at its German facility. The unit is integrated into an existing W&H flexographic press.
The company says the technology applies wetness indicators, surfactants and functional coatings in register with surface printing. It describes patterned indicators and targeted wetting treatments on nonwovens and film, with baby care and adult incontinence among the intended applications.
The announcement concerns a component-processing capability. It does not identify a finished adult-incontinence brand using the technology or present a measured environmental saving.
