Suzano announced on December 16, 2025 that a new fluff-pulp line had started operating at its Limeira site in Brazil. The company says the investment raises its total fluff-pulp production capacity from 100,000 to 440,000 tonnes a year.
The converted line can produce either Eucafluff, made from eucalyptus, or market pulp. Suzano lists adult diapers, baby diapers, feminine hygiene products and pet pads among Eucafluff’s applications.
These figures describe available production capacity rather than actual annual output. The release does not identify a newly adopting adult-diaper brand; its product-performance and environmental comparisons are company claims with specified comparison conditions.
