Curt G. Joa announced on January 5, 2026 that its acquisition of Cellulose Converting Solutions, or CCS, had closed on December 22, 2025.
CCS designs converting equipment for disposable hygiene products, including adult-incontinence products and underpads. The transaction changes the organisation of an equipment supplier serving adult-care manufacturing.
The earlier agreement and the subsequent closing belong to the same acquisition. Completion of the transaction is not proof that individual machines have gained manufacturing capacity, or that the quality of products made on those machines has changed.
