The Quanzhou Taishang Investment Zone authority published a proposed environmental-approval notice for Hengshun Paper’s diaper-manufacturing project on July 7, 2025. The notice’s public-comment period begins on July 8.
The project includes one adult-diaper production line with planned annual adult-product capacity of 34.5 million units. Dust-collection equipment and other environmental measures are part of the proposed manufacturing arrangement.
