Ontex announced completion of the sale of its Turkish business to Dilek on November 3, 2025. The transaction includes the Istanbul factory, the Turkish business and related export activities.
Adult-incontinence brands Canped and Prosafe are included alongside other hygiene activities. Ontex described continued manufacturing and sales under the new owner.
The February agreement and November closing are stages of the same transaction. This is a change in ownership and supply organisation, rather than a new-factory opening or evidence of additional adult-product output.
