NorthShore Care Supply reported on February 9, 2026, that its first You're Our Heroes contest had attracted nearly 500 personal stories about living with incontinence. The competition ran during November and December 2025. NorthShore's team selected five finalists, and a community vote chose TG, a nurse and advocate for incontinence awareness, as the winner. TG received a free case of NorthShore adult diapers of their choice each month throughout 2026.
The release describes TG's efforts to help patients discover incontinence products and encourage more open conversations about the condition. Other finalists shared experiences involving mental health support, self-acceptance, caregiving and reassurance for people who feel alone. They included a father and coach, a person living with autism and incontinence, and a mother caring for a son with cerebral palsy. NorthShore made the finalist stories available on its Hero Club page and said it would continue adding submissions throughout the year. People who submit a story become members of the club.
