Brazilian brand Plenty Care announced Plenty Care Pants Plus Size XXG on July 30, 2026. The disposable adult absorbent pant fits waists of 120–165 cm and comes in packs of 14. The company says the addition responds to limited choice for people needing larger sizes and is intended for moderate to heavy incontinence.
According to Plenty Care, the elastic structure uses LYCRA fibres to follow body movements. Its description also lists a soft, breathable surface with a cotton-like feel, odour neutralisation, an absorbent gel core and reinforced side barriers. The brand links these features to comfort, discretion and leakage protection. It says tight-fitting conventional sizes can leave marks on the skin and cause discomfort.
The pant is put on like ordinary underwear and removed by tearing the side seams, then rolled up for disposal. Plenty Care describes the XXG as dermatologically tested and developed for sensitive skin. The company says the new size is arriving in shops.
