Essity announced the US launch of TENA Men's Washable Protective Boxers on March 23, 2026. The reusable underwear is designed for drips and light bladder leaks and has a protective pouch built into a familiar boxer style. TENA says the pouch uses textile technology to capture drips discreetly beneath clothing. Its construction includes a quick-drying top layer, two layers designed to absorb and retain liquid, and a barrier layer intended to contain leaks. The garment's fabric is 96% organic cotton and 4% elastane, providing what the company describes as a soft, breathable fit.
The boxers can be washed with regular laundry. TENA says they are reusable up to 100 times when washed at 104°F, equivalent to 40°C. Sizes range from S to XXXL, and the launch announcement directs buyers exclusively to TENA's US online store. The company positions the underwear as a familiar-looking option for men who feel uncomfortable with traditional guards or disposable briefs because of stigma or visibility.
