Wacoal announced Odekake Raku Shorts for light bladder leakage on September 10, 2026, as part of its ACTIEVA project for active older adults. The underwear is designed to be worn with an absorbent pad. Wacoal says waterproof fabric and specially treated material help prevent moisture seeping through the garment, while barriers at the edges of the gusset help contain sideways leakage.
The shorts have a high waist covering the abdomen, lace detailing and elastic enclosed at the waist and leg openings. The company presents these features as a way to combine everyday underwear styling with comfort and leakage protection. Product code PAB002 comes in Comfort M, L and LL, in beige, grey and pink, with a suggested retail price starting at ¥4,180 including tax. Sales were to begin progressively on September 10 through participating stores across Japan, Wacoal's web store and other e-commerce sites. The same announcement introduces two walking-support sock styles and leggings within the Odekake Raku range.
