Digizo.nu announced on January 7, 2026 an implementation report on sensor-based continence care in Dutch residential nursing and care settings. The report, dated December 11, 2025, covers Abena Nova, TENA SmartCare Identifi and TENA SmartCare Change Indicator.
It brings together literature, practice and stakeholder information, and discusses training, organisational change, ICT and costs. Its financial scenarios vary with client mobility and contract pricing. This is a joint implementation assessment, not a new randomised trial or regulatory product approval. It does not establish the same savings for every facility or market.
