On July 15, 2026, etectRx announced expansion of eBrief to three additional Mission Health communities: Botkin, Kaw River and North Ridge. The release follows a pilot at McPherson Health and Rehab in Kansas.
Mission Health’s January 12 report describes a three-month pilot beginning in summer 2025 with 15 high-risk residents. It reports favorable changes in skin, infection and fall outcomes, but does not provide enough comparison-group and event-count detail to establish a causal effect.
The developer’s Village at Gainesville collaboration in November 2023 and Trilogy early-adopter announcement in September 2024 provide earlier context. They are separate sites, not additional participants in the McPherson pilot. This history concerns the earlier eBrief system, not completed eBrief 2 installations.
