Entry nine identifies discarded diapers, including excreta and dedicated bags, within waste category D-1801. It gives a Taiwan-wide receiving area and a permit expiry of February 23, 2029.
The listing is relevant to institutional diaper disposal, including adult-care waste. Its scope is limited to the specified material: it does not authorize every type of medical waste or establish adult-only processing volumes, recovery rates or environmental savings.
