A.Celli and SAUERESSIG announced their collaboration on the VoluMAX³ line on March 20, 2025. The standalone equipment combines three-dimensional embossing and aperturing of nonwovens in one processing step.
The announced configuration includes unwinding, heating, an embossing calender and slitting/winding. An April company explanation explicitly includes adult-incontinence products among the intended hygiene applications.
Processing speeds and product benefits are the suppliers’ specifications and claims. The announcements do not establish use in a particular finished adult diaper, independently verified absorbency or skin benefits, or the operating performance of a customer’s factory.
