IFC discloses financing and review of Drylock’s Brazilian factory project

Brazil

The International Finance Corporation disclosed its environmental and social review of Drylock’s Capivari factory project on May 30, 2025. The project includes a $30 million A loan for a plant making personal-hygiene products, including incontinence products.

The review records construction beginning in the fourth quarter of 2024. Its project record separately lists financing approval, signing and investment milestones in 2025; these are financing events, rather than proof of factory commissioning.

Completion schedules differ between project announcements. The sources establish a mixed-use factory investment and construction project, but do not confirm current adult-only line operation or achieved adult-product output.
