DFree announced on October 22 that it will hold a free online seminar on no-lifting care and support for independent toileting on November 26 and 27, 2026.
Yoshiko Shimomoto, head of the Natural Heartful Care Network, will speak about no-lifting and toileting care. A discussion will involve care facilities using approaches and equipment such as the Hug transfer aid, together with FUJI.
The four one-hour sessions will carry the same content. The programme is a learning opportunity for staff exploring care without physically lifting people and support for toilet use.
