HARTMANN reported revenue of €623.9 million for January–March 2026 and organic sales growth of 3.3% compared with the previous year's first quarter. Its April 29 announcement said all core business segments contributed to growth. Within Incontinence Management, the main drivers were incontinence pants and products for moderate to severe incontinence.
Group adjusted EBITDA rose by €6.4 million to €77.3 million, and the adjusted margin increased from 11.7% to 12.4%. Advanced wound care and the US market supported Wound Care growth, while reimbursement changes affected Germany and France. Infection Management also grew, whereas Complementary Group Divisions declined, mainly because of Kneipp. HARTMANN said cost and pricing measures were expected to largely offset higher material, energy and freight costs associated with the war in Iran. For the full year, the company forecast moderate organic sales growth and adjusted EBITDA of €270–310 million. The release identifies MoliCare as one of its continence-care brands and says the group serves 130 countries.
