HARTMANN reported that incontinence pants and products for moderate to severe incontinence were key growth drivers in its Incontinence Management business during the first half of 2026. The German healthcare group announced the results on August 18, reporting group revenue of €1,252.0 million and organic sales growth of 3.3%. Adjusted EBITDA increased by €25.9 million to €151.7 million, while the adjusted EBITDA margin rose from 10.4% to 12.1%.
The company attributed its broader performance partly to its completed Transformation Program and said its PLUS2030 strategy would continue to emphasize profitable growth, innovation and productivity. Wound Care and Infection Management also grew; the Complementary Group Divisions recorded slightly lower sales.
HARTMANN maintained its 2026 forecast of moderate organic sales growth and adjusted EBITDA of €270–310 million. It expected higher material, energy and freight costs in the second half, with pricing able to offset only part of the increase. For 2027, it anticipated negative effects from German statutory health-insurance regulations and planned long-term-care reforms.
