NorthShore Adult Diapers reported on July 20, 2026, that it had hosted customers and advocates living with incontinence for a Chicago weekend on July 18–19. NorthShore's Day Out brought together longtime customers and members of its Hero Club, a community of customers and caregivers who share their experiences publicly. Guests travelled from several US states to attend.
Saturday's programme included a 90-minute Chicago River architecture cruise, a Cubs game at Wrigley Field and dinner together. On Sunday, founder and CEO Adam Greenberg led a tour of the company's warehouse and offices. Guests then joined a hands-on product-testing session, a question-and-answer panel with company leaders and an open forum for sharing experiences and product feedback.
NorthShore planned a second weekend for August 15–16 with another group, expecting more than 40 guests across the two events. The company describes the gathering as the flagship event of its July–August Say Yes Summer campaign, intended to encourage social participation and reduce stigma around incontinence.
