Livedo announced on April 1, 2026 that its Smartline Smart Fit tape-fastened diaper would be renamed Refre Rakunobi Fit as the Smartline range joins the Refre brand. The renamed version was scheduled for April 1. The company describes the diaper for people with contractures, restricted movement or a slim build, where caregivers need to pass it through a narrow space and fit it closely around the body.
The design retains a thin absorbent core and stretchable internal gathers. Pink pad-holding gathers lift an inserted pad to close gaps, while a narrowed crotch section helps the diaper follow the body. Long cross-fit fastening tapes and a center line assist positioning; waist gathers at the front and back and gathers around the legs provide additional leakage protection, according to Livedo. The company says the frontal tape design changes slightly, but product specifications remain unchanged. Livedo says the new name communicates how the diaper stretches easily and fits the body.
