Australia's National Disability Insurance Agency invited people who use continence products to comment on the Continence Provider List in an August 17, 2026 notice. The agency said it wanted to make it easier for NDIS participants to find and choose products that meet their needs. A survey on NDIS Engage asked about participants' experiences of buying continence products and using the list.
The invitation covered people who had used the list, those who had only heard about it and those who had never used it. The agency sought feedback on what was working well, the difficulties people encountered and areas where improvements were needed.
Responses would help improve the information, tools and support available to participants and shape future changes to help them find, compare and choose continence-product providers. The notice directed readers to the survey on NDIS Engage and gave a closing time of 5 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time on September 28, 2026.
