Australia's National Disability Insurance Scheme updated its Continence Provider List on October 29, 2025, and opened an expression of interest for additional providers to join. The agency said the step followed feedback from providers and strong interest across the sector. Applicants must meet additional service requirements covering accessibility, transparent prices, breadth of products and customer service.
The list is intended to help NDIS participants, families and carers find and compare continence product suppliers in one place. The notice also makes clear that participants are free to continue using a current supplier or choose another one outside the list. The open expression of interest is therefore a route for providers to apply for inclusion, not a requirement that participants buy from listed businesses. The NDIS notice provides contact details for providers seeking more information about the process.
