Daio Paper announced Attento’s thin tape-style adult diapers on September 30, 2026, with a nationwide Japanese launch scheduled for October 21. The two products use a thinner absorbent core to reduce bulk when an overnight pad is worn inside. The release identifies the 63 cm Attento Yoru Ichimai Anshin pads in the six-, eight-, ten- and twelve-urination versions as the intended combinations.
M fits hips of 70–95 cm and contains 22 diapers per pack; L fits 90–125 cm and contains 20. Daio gives an absorption guide of approximately 300 ml, or two 150 ml urinations, using its own measurement method.
The company describes a back-leak pocket, side leakage guards, a breathable backsheet, odour control and a centre line for positioning the diaper. Soft, easy-to-grip fastening tapes are intended to help carers secure it. The launch follows growth in thinner tape-style products and a 2023 company survey of 60 thin tape-style diaper users in which about 90 percent also used pads.
