Yuhan-Kimberly introduces Depend Men product

South Korea Kimberly-Clark Depend

Yuhan-Kimberly announced the South Korean launch of its dedicated men's sub-brand, Depend Men, on September 8, 2026. It also relaunched its existing men's absorbent underwear as Depend Men Underwear, changing the name, packaging and communication to make the range easier for male shoppers to identify. The company cited its 2024 survey in which 44% of men aged 40–69 reported urinary leakage during the previous three months.

Its January–July 2026 sales data showed that men's products accounted for 28% of underwear-type sales and 6% of liner and pad sales, figures it linked to men's reluctance to use dedicated products. Yuhan-Kimberly says the renewed underwear has an absorbent pad that is 1.5 times as flexible and 20% thinner than its previous product while retaining absorption. It also reports reduced rewetting in its own comparison test and an Excellent rating in a Dermatest primary skin-irritation test involving 30 participants. Sales channels include Coupang, Depend's Naver brand store and major Korean supermarkets.
